LEADING TRADE BODY BVRLA APPOINT TENDO TO ADVISE ON PUBLIC AFFAIRS
Leading trade body the British Vehicle Rental and Leasing Association, the trade body for companies engaged in vehicle rental, leasing and fleet management have appointed Tendo Consulting to provide advice on the Government’s approach to tackling air quality and on counter terrorism measures following the use of rental vehicles in recent terrorist attacks.
Tendo will work closely with the BVRLA’s team based in Amersham, but also with the body’s membership which includes leading companies such as Hertz, Europcar and Leaseplan. As a part of the retainer, Tendo will be looking to build awareness of the organisation at a national and local level, with several workshops planned in the cities looking into potential ‘Clean Air Zones’ to combat air pollution.
Tendo Consulting Founding Director Will de Peyer said “We are delighted that the BVRLA have placed their faith in Tendo to advise them through the significant challenges that the sector faces and to help build their profile in Westminster, Whitehall and town halls throughout the country.
“Our appointment is a great start to 2018 and builds on our growth in 2017, which saw us add A Fair Tax on Flying, KickStart Money and the Lecoin Foundation to our roster of clients.”
