The Investing and Saving Alliance (TISA)
We provide external communication services for TISA to support their efforts to shape the financial services industry and drive meaningful conversations on improving UK consumers’ financial well-being.
In July, this included:
- Coverage in 6 national publications, including The Times, The Telegraph, and the Financial Times as well as 25 hits in the trade press and 6 in regional press outlets, of TISA’s research into alternative approaches to taxing unused pensions.
- Landing quotes in 2 national outlets, including an interview with the BBC’s Cost of Living Correspondent which featured on BBC Breakfast, as well as coverage in 5 trade press publications, for TISA’s response to the Chancellor’s Mansion House speech and the launch of the Financial Services strategy.
- With ISA reform continuing to be a hot topic, we also secured two further national hits on this issue, including the BBC.
National Oceanography Centre and the APPG for the Ocean
As part of our work for the National Oceanography Centre, we serve as the secretariat for the APPG for the Ocean. We recently launched our inquiry, ‘What can Sustainable Ocean Policy Deliver for the UK?’, which successfully secured coverage within various trade media outlets.
In July, this included:
- Coverage of the APPG inquiry in trade media such as Ocean Business.
- Additionally, the inquiry secured further coverage in Seanews, which featured an interview with APPG Chair Sarah Champion MP.
Radiotherapy UK
As part of our work supporting the cancer charity Radiotherapy UK, we work with the charity to secure national media coverage for Radiotherapy UK Chair, Professor Pat Price.
In July, this included:
- A reactionary quote from Professor Pat Price across the Press Association Newswire following the latest cancer waiting times data for the month of May 2025. Professor Price’s quote featured in the Independent, the Standard, as well as a variety of regional media outlets.
APPG for Access to Disability Equipment
Tendo provides the Secretariat to The All-Party Parliamentary Group for Access to Disability Equipment, which offers parliamentarians a forum to discuss improving readily access to equipment and promoting the best practices for people with disabilities across the UK.
In July, this included:
- Coverage in various trade media outlets such as Thiis and Learning Disability Today, following the APPG’s first inquiry exploring barriers preventing people with disabilities from accessing vital disability equipment they need.
EVA England
Part of our work involves providing public affairs and PR support for EVA England, the members’ association dedicated to promoting the interests of electric vehicle drivers,
In July, this included:
- Coverage in GB News following the launch of EVA England’s new report on the accessibility of charge points.
- Reaction to the monthly new electric car sales figures, which received coverage in various trade media outlets.
- Reaction to the Government’s new electric vehicle grant scheme, which received coverage in various trade media outlets.
- EVA England’s new collaboration with ClearWatts, which received coverage in various trade media outlets.
