Peter Carroll

Peter Carroll

Founding Director

Peter is a multi-award-winning Public Affairs, Communications and Campaigning professional with over 30 years’ experience in politics, government, elections, communications and campaigning. Prior to helping set up Tendo, he served as a Special Adviser in HM Treasury during some of the coalition years. He has been deeply involved in numerous public affairs campaigns across a wide range of sectors. He set up and won several of the highest profile public affairs campaigns of their time including Joanna Lumley’s Gurkha Rights Campaign.
Will de Peyer

Will de Peyer

Founding Director

Will is an economist, policy and communications professional with over 20 years’ experience in and around Westminster and Whitehall. Will has led numerous successful public affairs campaigns bringing about policy change at a national and sub national level. Before Tendo, Will served as a Special Adviser in HM Treasury for five years, working with a remit across all economic departments of Government, and prior to that worked in opposition politics. Will started his career in the City of London, working in the International Insurance market and in Investment Banking.
Paul Gaffney

Paul Gaffney

Director

Paul has around twenty years experience of providing public affairs, political, communications and media relations advice to leading politicians, businesses, and trade bodies. He began his career in Parliament working for a senior opposition frontbencher and has provided media advice on several General Election campaigns. He has also worked for The Football Association, a global communications consultancy and led the strategy and public affairs team at a major housing provider.
David Beer

David Beer

Account Executive

David provides research, monitoring and technological expertise for financial education, transport and cybersecurity clients, ensuring teams are kept informed of the latest political developments and key figures are identified. He is also involved in digital communications, in particular social media engagement, as well as events organisation.

David joined Tendo after working in communications at a German research institute, having completed master’s degrees in Global Studies and Economic History at Leipzig University and LSE, respectively. He is a fluent German speaker, having studied the language for his bachelor’s at Oxford University.

Laura Clough

Laura Clough

Senior Account Manager

At Tendo, Laura works across various sectors, including Transport, NGOs, and Healthcare. She offers strategic political engagement advice, assisting clients in building relationships across Whitehall and
influencing key decision-makers.

Laura brings valuable experience from her time working within parliament for an MP, as well as her background in political campaigning for international charities, and strategic communications for housing associations, the construction sector, and local government.

As an active member of the Labour Party, Laura sits on the committee for the Labour Campaign for Human Rights, contributes to Labours working group on China, and has supported various international human rights NGOs.

Jack Glasman

Jack joined Tendo with experience working in an MP’s office and interning with a London Assembly Member. He has an undergraduate degree in Politics and International Relations from the University of Birmingham. At Tendo, Jack provides public affairs support to a wide array of clients, with a current focus on the transport sector.
Nicholas Hall

Nicholas Hall

Senior Account Executive

Nicholas joined Tendo after completing a BA in International Development from King’s College London. He has previously completed an internship providing political consulting for small businesses operating across a range of different industries, and has multiple years of experience working in client-facing roles in different industries.

At Tendo, Nicholas provides both public affairs advice and media and public relations support. He has experience supporting a range of industries including in the healthcare, transport, and green economy spaces. He has developed particular experience in campaigning work, helping develop the media and public-facing profiles of a number of campaigns at Tendo and secure broadcast and national print opportunities for them.

Daniel Laing

Daniel Laing

Senior Account Director

Daniel provides strategic advice and expertise to a range of clients at Tendo, drawing on his twelve years in public affairs, research, and campaigning. He has significant experience supporting organisations in health and social care, higher education institutes, cyber security and membership bodies. Daniel notably played a key role in the award-winning Catch Up With Cancer campaign.

Daniel led the health consultancy team at a major political intelligence agency using his expertise in parliamentary and legislative processes to support organisations. He has also worked on local government research initiatives, in-house public affairs for a UK children’s charity, and has written for several political publications.

Florence Lee

Florence joined Tendo after completing an MA in Politics & Contemporary History at King’s College London. She graduated with a degree in Politics and International Relations from Bristol University.

At Tendo, Florence provides research, monitoring and stakeholder mapping across several accounts, ensuring teams are kept informed of the latest political developments and key figures are identified. She is also involved in digital communications, in particular the social media engagement for a range of our clients.

Mya Luggah

Mya Luggah

Account Executive

Mya provides public affairs support to clients and campaigns through political/media monitoring, social media engagement and research, ensuring accounts are informed of the latest developments.

Before joining Tendo, she worked at an NHS Trust in London as part of a pilot scheme to tackle appointment backlogs. Mya has an extensive academic background presenting and attending conferences in America as well as experience in client-facing roles.

Mya holds a Bachelor’s degree in Politics and International Relations from Royal Holloway, University of London.

Willy Morris

Willy Morris

Account Manager

Willy works across Tendo’s health and transport clients, utilising his expertise in health policy and political campaign strategy to help our clients navigate Westminster, the media, and beyond.

Before joining Tendo, he worked at a health policy think tank in London, where he specialised in the delivery and implementation of health policy within the NHS. He also has extensive experience in political campaigning in the US, having contributed to a range of political races from Congressional campaigns to city council elections.

Willy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Philosophy from the University of Nebraska and an MSc in Comparative Politics from the London School of Economics.

Bia Serra

Senior Account Manager

Bia joined Tendo from the Department for International Trade, where she spent around five years advising on a range of issues including engagement with the World Trade Organization.

She has a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the University of Essex and an MS in Politics and Communication from LSE.

At Tendo, Bia provides public affairs, policy and strategic advice to a wide range of clients including health, transport and legal bodies.

Diana Školaite

Diana Školaite

Office Manager

Diana Skolaite is the office manager at Tendo Consulting, where she ensures efficient office operations and supports the team effectively.

In addition to her current role at Tendo Consulting, Diana has been working more than a decade as Vice President of the Lithuanian Chamber of Commerce, playing a key role in promoting business growth in Lithuania.

Diana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Law, providing a solid legal and business foundation.

Hannah provides strategic public affairs support to clients navigating the ever-changing political landscape. Her work spans sectors including transport, industry, health, and education, where she has successfully developed and implemented political engagement programmes to achieve clients’ objectives.

During her time at Tendo, she has delivered a range of impactful events to support and advance our clients’ goals. In addition, she provides media support for clients, securing an array of trade, regional, and national print and broadcast opportunities.
