Delivering Stoke-On-Trent Transport Summit
We are proud to have supported our client Midlands Connect in successfully delivering the Stoke-on-Trent Transport Summit. The half-day conference brought together key stakeholders to facilitate a discussion on the transport opportunities and challenges facing the city and wider Staffordshire region.
The summit featured three panel sessions designed to foster insightful discussion and provide value to those attending:
- Unlocking Tourism Through Better Transport Connections: Brought together key tourism stakeholders and academic experts to discuss how improving transport connections could grow the visitor economy in the city and wider region.
- Harnessing Transport for Business and Economic Growth: Panellists included business leaders, transport providers and relevant councillors who discussed the transport needs of businesses operating in the region.
- Discussion on Local and National Priorities: Local MPs joined Midlands Connect for a discussion exploring strategic transport priorities at both the local and national levels.
