Tendo called in to lead push for change in cyber security laws

Tendo Consulting have been appointed by global expert in cyber security and risk mitigation, NCC Group to spearhead a new push for changes to the UK’s cyber security laws.

The Cyber Up Campaign is pushing for reform of the UK’s outdated Computer Misuse Act 1990 by building a coalition in Parliament and raising the issue in the media.

Tendo Consulting Founding Director Will de Peyer said: “We are very pleased to have been appointed by NCC Group to lead a new campaign to update our antiquated cyber security laws.  That our experts are operating under laws written when less than 0.5% of the world’s population had access to the internet is shocking and will serve as a call to action for politicians to support the campaign and to secure changes to the law.”
